Return window
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.
Items that are not returnable

Divine Affirmations (card deck) and books — final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Gift cards.

Any item marked “final sale” at checkout.
How to start a return
Email info@divineyouwellness.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. If the return is approved, we’ll send instructions and (if applicable) a return label.

Approved returns should be sent to:

Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Print-on-demand apparel (fulfilled by our print partner)
For printing defects, wrong item, or damage in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns on print-on-demand items for size/fit preference; please check the size chart before ordering.
Who pays return shipping

If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective: we cover return or replacement shipping.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind/size after delivery on home-stock items): return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
For a different size/color in eligible items, start a return as above and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damages & issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is wrong so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, email info@divineyouwellness.com.
EU customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be in original condition as above.
