Welcome to Divine You Wellness. By accessing our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Some products are fulfilled from our home inventory, others are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners (Printify). Orders may arrive in separate shipments.

  • All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue items at any time.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe information provided is false, incomplete, or fraudulent.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Home inventory items generally ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Print-on-demand items typically ship within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to carriers or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy (linked separately) governs all returns.

  • Apparel can be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition.

  • Affirmation cards and books are final sale unless defective.

  • Print-on-demand items may only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product names, logos, and materials are the property of Divine You Wellness and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our products, except as required by law.

  • In no case shall Divine You Wellness, our employees, or partners be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
