Shipping Policy (Divine You)

At Divine You Wellness, we want to be clear and transparent about how your order is shipped. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping costs, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

  • Home Inventory Products (select shirts, affirmation cards, books):
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Print-on-Demand Products (shirts fulfilled by our print partners):
    Orders are made to order and typically ship within 7–10 business days.

⚡ If your order contains both home-stocked items and print-on-demand items, they may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on product type and destination.

  • For print-on-demand items, shipping costs are set by our fulfillment partners (Printify providers).

  • For home-shipped items, we may charge flat rates (example: $4.75 standard US shipping, free shipping on orders over $50).


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.


International Shipping

  • Some products may be available for international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–20 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.


Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • For orders with multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@divineyouwellness.com and we will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.
